Join us for a four-day retreat at Rangjung Yeshe Gomde, combining yoga, meditation, and Tonglen practice. This retreat, situated in the Upper Austrian pre-alps, offers a focused environment to disconnect from daily stress and deepen your practice.
Yoga and Meditation:
Each day will include yoga sessions led by certified instructor Cecilia Pla. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, improve flexibility, and build strength. Through guided meditation, you’ll learn to quiet the mind and focus on the present, creating a foundation for mental clarity.
Tonglen Practice:
Under the guidance of Lama Thierry, you will practice Tonglen, a core component of Buddhist mind training. This practice involves visualizing taking on the suffering of others and sending out love and healing. Lama Thierry will offer explanations and insights drawn from his extensive experience as a former Buddhist monk, making these teachings accessible and relevant to modern life.
The retreat begins on Thursday at 16:00 and concludes on Sunday after lunch. The suggested donation is €240, covering full board, accommodation, and seminar costs. This retreat is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Schedule, costs, things to bring with you
We will begin the seminar on Thursday at 16:00 and will finish on Sunday after lunch.
Sitting meditation and moving exercises will be alternated and they will be suitable for every body type.
Please bring your own yoga mat and, if possible, a yoga belt and a block.
