Are you between 18 and 35 years old and would like to learn more about Buddhist wisdom, exchange ideas and put the teachings into practice in a relaxed environment? Then we cordially invite you to our next Youth Retreat!
We are especially excited to combine this retreat with the Tibetan New Year (Losar). Together we want to celebrate the arrival of the new year – with insights into our traditional practices, meditations and a special program around Losar. The exact program will be announced via WhatsApp & Instagram.
What you can expect:
Exchange with like-minded people about Buddhist wisdom and its application in everyday life
Meditations and exercises led by experienced teachers – (we may also be lucky and have a visit from the monastery in Nepal)
Open discussion groups to ask questions and gain new perspectives
Tibetan New Year celebrations
Time for fellowship, walks in nature ☃ 🛷
Relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Gomde
