A Weekend to Pause and Reflect – Youth Weekend
Listen. Reflect. Meditate.
Incorporate wisdom into your daily life.
📅 Friday–Sunday
Have you ever been inspired to make meditation a part of your life but not succeeded?
Join us for a refreshing and inspiring weekend designed specifically for young people (ages 18–35) who want to explore the heart of Buddhist practice in a warm and supportive environment.
Together, we’ll engage with the three practices of listening, reflection, and meditation, and discover how these timeless methods can lead us to a more grounded and meaningful life.
Through guided meditations, short talks, and interactive group sessions, we will explore how we can incorporate Buddhist teachings into our own experience—not as something abstract, but as a living practice that can be integrated into our daily lives.
There is a daily yoga session with Cecelia Pla. Depending on our needs, the classes can be structured to be gentle and mindful or dynamic. The focus is on reconnecting with the body, releasing tension, and moving more mindfully. Cecelia adapts the sessions to the group’s needs; no prior experience with yoga or meditation is required.
This weekend offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share experiences with others who are on a similar path. Whether Buddhism is completely new to you or you’re already a practitioner—you’re warmly welcome to join us.
An opportunity to pause, recharge, and return home with renewed clarity and inspiration.
