Coping with stress that results from the chaos and uncertainty of daily life is an undeniable challenge we all face. Often it seems hard to simply be well in the midst of the constant swirl of thoughts and emotions that rise in our heart and mind. Drawing on the ancient wisdom of great Buddhist meditators, we can explore a simple three step process for meeting this challenge: Uncovering our inner resilience, unleashing our heart, awakening wisdom.
What is the result? We discover an unlimited source of love and joy that was always lying within.
Programme
The seminar starts on Friday at 16:00 and ends on Sunday at 12:00. Please arrive by 15:30 to allow for a relaxed check-in.
During this weekend we will have several sessions of 1- 2 h, with breaks in between.
Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served and you will have enough time to enjoy Gomde´s surrounding forests, the pond and the gardens.
Movement
Those who wish can take part in a gentle, guided, yoga-inspired movement session with Cecilia Pla on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The experienced yoga teacher, with a background in dance, Feldenkrais and other movement methods, will lead sessions that encourage greater mobility, relaxation and awareness of the body in motion. Please bring loose sportswear.
Language
The sessions will be taught in English with translation into German
Your contribution
We want to make it possible for everyone to participate in the seminars in Gomde. Therefore, we offer the seminars, accommodation and catering for a donation and give you a guideline as to what amount would help Gomde to cover the fixed costs.
For this seminar it is: 240 euros
If you can give more, you will enable others with fewer financial resources to attend. If you can give less than the guideline amount, please let us know when you register.
