Our workshop will be loosely based on Dzogchen Ponlop
Rinpoche’s Emotional Rescue and enhanced with additional
sources. We will explore bringing awareness into all aspects of our
lives: body, speech, mind, and perception while still and moving.
We will have guided meditations, free time for more individual
explorations, and discussions and interviews to clarify and deepen
Mindfulness meditation is the basis for any deepening meditation practice. Through mindfulness, our mind stabilizes and comes to rest. Building on this tranquility, we can progress along the path of Buddhist mind training.
In this 4-day seminar you have the opportunity to learn this method from the ground up and to practice it on every level: Body, speech and mind. We will learn to meditate and find access to our innermost quality of peacefulness.

... is an authorized teacher whose teachings are based on his many years of personal meditation experience, retreat and study abroad and in the West. This and his understanding of Eastern and Western Dharma approaches makes him unusually qualified to teach Western Dharma students in ways that they can truly understand and integrate into their everyday lives.
Arrival is possible until the beginning of the seminar on Thursday.

End of seminar: Sunday 3rd May, after lunch (about 12:30 pm)
Theoretical and practical units will alternate.
We will start and complete every day with a meditation session.
Between the seminar sessions, there will be plenty of time to rest, walk in nature, or do something else that will do you good.
