Everyone is warmly invited to join this meditation session on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. No prior experience is necessary.
No registration is required.
In good weather, we will gather by the pond; in inclement weather, we will meet in the meditation hall.Many of us desire more serenity in our daily lives. Being compassionate towards others and open-minded towards situations can be challenging at times. What is the key to strengthening these qualities? How can we manifest this desire?
Through short guided meditation sessions specifically designed to calm our stressed minds, we have the opportunity to discover an effective remedy—the clear insight of an attentive mind.
Intelligence, compassion, and intuition are waiting to unfold within us. With easily understandable guidance, we learn to recognize how our mind functions. Through regular meditation practice, we develop greater contentment, mindfulness, and tranquility in our everyday lives, gaining a new perspective on ourselves and the world.
Interested individuals have the opportunity to participate in guided meditations on Monday evenings and can also seek personal guidance from Lama Thierry.
