Ulli Olvedi: Mandala of energies

We constantly live with the elements, are ourselves made up of the elements, and
in our modern world we know a lot about their material manifestation
in the categories of physics and chemistry. But we know little about theirsubtle energies that permeate our entire lives. Not only ourbody, but also all our senses, perceptual components, emotions andspiritual qualities are based on the elemental energies. They form the
mandala of our existence.
We can not only recognize this mandala character of our being,
but also learn to feel it.
This seminar is based on the teachings of Tarab Tulku (“Unity in
Duality”) and Trungpa Rinpoche.

Schedule

The seminars alternate between theory and practice. The thematic approach is not dealt with in a linear fashion, but rather circled around, and the exchange of experiences between the participants supports an atmosphere of curiosity and the joy of research.

The number of participants is limited to 25.

We start on Saturday at 9:30 am and end the seminar on Sunday at 5 pm. You are welcome to arrive a day earlier or leave a day later.

On both days 9.30 – 12.30 h with a break, 14.30 – 17 h with a break.

Costs

All the costs stated are indicative donations.

Standard value for covering the fixed costs of a seminar:
250 Euro

Standard value applies to seminar plus meals and accommodation.

For longer stays, we ask for an additional donation (approx. 80 euros per day).
