In this seminar, we will discover together the joys of gardening. This deeply grounding activity is even more beautiful when it can be done in Gomde to share the beauty of gardens with others. Lama Thierry will facilitate this seminar with meditation instructions and practical mind-training tips for the time spent in the garden.
We will be preparing the gardens for winter and to bloom again in spring.
Gomde invites all who would like to participate and offer their help in the garden to food and accommodation for this weekend.
