A weekend of meditation and yoga for millenials and Gen Z

Event Info

April 10 - April 12
Level: All Levels

This event at Gomde is dedicated to young people to deep dive into Buddhist meditation and mindful movement in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Have you ever been inspired to make meditation a part of your life but not succeeded?

Join us at Gomde, the Dharma Gyan Youth -Austria – a group of young Buddhists who organise generation-specific programs for like-minded people. The focus of this weekend is to provide an environment to explore mindfulness in daily life guided by Buddhist philosophy.

This program consists of both teacher-led guided meditation, practical teachings and space for questions and group discussion with a focus on accessible ways to calm the mind and bring more awareness into everyday life.

Each day includes yoga sessions with Cecelia Pla. The classes are gentle and mindful, with a focus on reconnecting with the body, releasing tension and moving with more awareness. No previous experience with yoga or meditation is required.

The intention of this weekend is simple: to host a space where young people curious about meditation and mindful living can meet, pause from daily busyness and practice meditation.
