Dharma Gyan Youth Austria

☀ Are you under 35 years old and would like to learn more about Buddhism and exchange ideas in a relaxed environment or simply have a group where you can establish a routine of meditation?

We, the Dharma Gyan Youth Austria, meet regularly in Gomde (Bäckerberg 18, Scharnstein, Upper Austria) – possibly in the future also in Gmunden or Linz and sometimes even in Vienna. We meditate together and discuss topics related to Buddhism. 🧘🏻‍♂ We also organize retreats at weekends in Gomde or end the sessions with cosy evenings around the campfire or in the lounge. No previous knowledge of Buddhism is necessary, all interested parties are welcome!

Our approach is to deal with different content and current topics in the group, relate them to Buddhism and find ways to apply them in everyday life. The aim is to cultivate a more loving and open mind and to make the practice more tangible.
