The first seminar at Kremsegg Castle!
Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche will be teaching on April 24, 25 and 26 on the topic of “Kindful Wisdom” and will also share his vision for the castle and the projects being developed there.
Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche has a remarkable ability to convey the essential meaning of the Dharma in a way that is both simple and deeply profound. His teachings often feel as though they speak directly to your innermost questions, addressing the heart of the path on many different levels.With warmth and gentle clarity, he touches the heart and loosens our habitual grasping to self and confusion in a way that feels both direct and self-evident. Often, he presents the full scope of the Dharma – from beginning to end – within a single teaching, offering a path that is both comprehensive and immediately applicable.
Rinpoche not only teaches kindful wisdom, he embodies it perfectly. Simply being in his presence can inspire a direct connection to one’s own innate clarity and kindness.
Schedule
The seminar begins on Friday morning with classes and meditation with Khenpo Pema Namgyal. After lunch, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche will teach in the castle from 3 pm. The schedule is similar on Saturday and Sunday.
Accomodation
Gomde remains your “place to be” to fully immerse yourself in the practice.
We offer accommodation in comfortable rooms in the house or in the Shantihaus at fixed prices, as well as dormitory accommodation on a donation basis.
Practicing together in the morning, sharing with the community and being in nature will help you to integrate Rinpoche’s teachings well.
Of course you can also book accommodation in Kremsmünster, Bad Hall, Linz, Sattledt or Wels. It is not possible to stay overnight in the castle
Arrival
Kremsegg Castle is just a short walk from Kremsmünster train station.
It can be reached from Vienna in around 1:50 (with a change in Linz).
The journey from Gomde takes around 30 minutes.
When registering, please let us know whether you will be traveling by car and whether you can offer a lift – this will help us to better plan the coordination.

Seminar fee with lunch (incl. VAT)
70 Euro per day – 210 Euro in total
Overnight stay in Gomde, Shantihaus or Lotuschalet including breakfast.
35 euros per night in a dormitory – donation guide value
50 euros per night in a shared room (incl. VAT)
60 euros per night and person in a double room (incl. VAT)
75 euros per night in a single room
120 euros per night and person in a deluxe apartment
Dinner: Donation guide value 15 Euro
If you cannot afford the seminar fee or accommodation in the dormitory, please let us know when you register. It is very important to us to enable all interested people to participate in these precious Dharma teachings. At the same time, this is a fixed fee; a reduction is therefore only possible on request.
The single, double and multi-bed rooms are only rented at a fixed rate.
