Listen. Reflect. Meditate. Integrate ancient Wisdom into your daily life.
📅 Friday–Sunday
Join us for a refreshing and inspiring weekend designed especially for young people (ages 18–35) who wish to explore the heart of Buddhist practice in a warm and supportive environment.
Together, we’ll engage in the three trainings of listening, reflection, and meditation, discovering how these timeless methods can guide us toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
Through guided meditations, short talks, and interactive group sessions, we’ll explore how to bring the Dharma into our own experience — not as something abstract, but as a living practice that can be integrated into our everyday lives.
This weekend offers space to slow down, reconnect, and share experiences with others walking a similar path. Whether you are completely new to Buddhism or already have a practice, you are warmly welcome to join.
✨ An opportunity to pause, recharge, and return home with renewed clarity and inspiration.
