Trinley Nyingpo Practice Seminar

This seminar is dedicated to the heart of the Tukdrub Barche Künsel Termas – the practice of the twelve manifestations of Guru Rinpoche, with Padmasambhava as the main yidam. This sadhana forms the basis of many practices in our tradition, including the short daily sadhana and the ngöndro.

During the weekend we will recite the sadhana together in Tibetan, accumulate mantras and deepen the visualizations. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, we will immerse ourselves in the practice in order to directly experience the blessing power of this transmission lineage. The combination of recitation, visualization and mantra recitation allows us to unfold the profound wisdom and compassion of Guru Rinpoche in our minds.

The nuns will guide us through the practice and the traditional melodies they have learned in their monastic training. This allows us to fully immerse ourselves in meditation and the powerful sounds of sadhana.
