Immerse yourself in a tranquil, powerful retreat that harmoniously combines meditation, mindfulness, and mindful bodywork. In the inspiring environment of Rangjung Yeshe Gomde, you’ll find space to renew your mind, body, and heart in a profound and lasting way.
Meditation and mindfulness practice
Meditation is the focus of this retreat. Under the guidance of Lama Thierry , an experienced Buddhist teacher, we practice calming the mind and developing a clear, open presence.
Through guided sitting meditations, we explore inner peace, serenity, and a deeper connection to ourselves. Lama Thierry teaches the practice in an accessible way—for beginners and experienced practitioners alike—and offers insights into how mindfulness can enrich our everyday lives.
Yoga-inspired bodywork
In addition to meditation practice, Cecilia Pla leads gentle, mindfulness-based movement sessions.
Inspired by yoga, dance, and the Feldenkrais Method, the exercises promote flexibility, body awareness, and inner stability. Through gentle, conscious movements, we release tension and strengthen our connection to our bodies – regardless of previous experience or physical condition.
A retreat for all who…
…want to deepen meditation, integrate mindfulness into their lives, and support their bodies in a loving way through movement.
These three days offer a safe space to gain new strength, peace, and inspiration for everyday life.
Culinary highlights
Our kitchen team prepares delicious meals daily, using local and seasonal ingredients. The dishes are nourishing, fresh, and adapted to all dietary needs—vegetarian, vegan, or special diets. Every meal is a delight that will energize you for your practice.
