Mudras, Meditation, Compassion

Lama Öser | 22. January 2022 to 23. January

Practice mudras, meditation and philosophy this weekend in Gomde.

2500 years ago, after extensive study and meditation, Buddha Shakyamuni realized what the true cause of suffering is, that there is a way out of suffering, and that this way leads to happiness. These teachings are as valid today as they were then, and more and more people are finding a happier, more fulfilling life through meditation.

We will begin on Saturday afternoon at 1:15 pm with the transmission of the "Buddha Nature" teachings from Nepal, after which we will practice together with Lama Öser from 3 to 5 pm and ask questions about the practice. Lama Öser will introduce us to the Buddha Shakyamuni Sadhana, clarify questions about mudras and meditation and practice together with us,

On Sunday morning from 10 am to 12 pm Lama Öser will explain the basics of meditation based on the Buddha Shakyamuni Sadhana.
The practice of this text written by Mipham Rinpoche is especially suitable for beginners, as it explains the basics of Buddhism in an easy wto understand way.

Combined with the explanations of Lama Öser, we get an introduction to Buddhist philosophy and meditation.
