Tara- Sadhana Practice seminar

Nuns of Nagi Gompa | 30. August 2019 to 5. September

Tara (Skt. Tārā, drolma), "She Who Liberates" — is a female deity associated with compassion and enlightened activity.

There are various forms of tara, such as the "Eight Taras" that protect from fear, and the "Twenty-One Taras," but the most popular ones are the Green Tara, which is primarily associated with protection, and the White Tara, which is associated with longevity.

In this seminar, we will practice the sadhana taught in all Buddhist schools, the sadhana of the two accomplishments. In this we praise the enlightened qualities of the 21 Taras and connect us with their energy, which is ultimately inherent in us. Learning this practice from women who embody the qualities of Tara is a precious opportunity. We will sing the tunes handed down by Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche's mother.

At best, you should already have experience in Sadhana practice.

For practitioners of the online program "Tara's triple excellence," this seminar is well suited to practice the outer sadhana.
