Vajrasattva Sadhana Practice with Lama Öser
December 15 - 16:00 - December 17 - 12:00

Lama Öser will guide us through an intensive weekend of practice of the Vajrasattva Sadhana. We will practice in meditation sessions and will receive teachings on the profound practice of purification.
The seminar focuses on the deity Vajrasattva, an expression of Buddhahood, which is closely related to the power of purification. Through this practice we purify the effects of our negative actions, dispel our mental obscurations, and renew our commitments.
To a large extent, the practice involves recitation and visualization, but also silent sitting meditation. During the seminar, Lama Öser will give daily teachings and answer questions.
To participate in this retreat, it would be ideal to have already received an initiation from a qualified master. Those who have not but are still drawn to the seminar are also welcome, but should contact us in advance.
Some previous experience in Buddhist philosophy and practice is also an advantage, for example a seminar with Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche or a weekend seminar with Lama Thierry. If you do not have this prior experience but feel a strong interest in sadhana practice, please still register and let us know in the comments. For attending this seminar, having the empowerment for the practice is helpful, but not essential.
Schedule
We start on Friday, 15th December at 4 pm.
Lama Öser will guide us through several practices a day.
The seminar ends on Sunday the 10th at 12 pm.
