On this special weekend, you will have the opportunity to delve deeper into Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism and practise it under authentic guidance. Under the guidance of one of the vajra masters from Nagi Gompa, Ani Kunga, and Ani Kunchock Palmo, you can immerse yourself in the deep teachings and rituals of Tibetan Buddhism and thus deepen your practice. What to expect:
The seminar offers an introduction to the traditions and practices of Vajrayana Buddhism. You will learn basic teachings, rituals and meditation techniques that will help you to expand your understanding of Buddhism. A special part of the weekend is chanting – practicing sadhanas together accompanied by the clear and harmonious voices of the nuns. This shared practice contributes to a peaceful and mindful atmosphere in what can be a hectic time towards the end of the year. Chanting and mantras: Practicing a sadhana together in a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. Rituals and ceremonies: Insight into the rituals and procedures that play an important role in Tibetan Buddhism.

Schedule:
The seminar starts on Friday at 4 pm and ends on Sunday at 12 noon. Please arrive by 15:30 on Friday to ensure a relaxed arrival.
