Use the energy of summer to relax and activate your body and mind.
Treat yourself to three days of yoga and meditation in the beautiful Buddhist center Rangjung Yeshe Gomde! In the lush nature of the Upper Austrian Alpine foothills, you can relax and heal from the stresses of everyday life.
Yoga with our certified yoga teacher Cecilia Pla will help you to calm down again. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the connection to the body can be lost, but through yoga it is possible to restore and strengthen our relationship to the body.
In addition, regular meditation sessions will enrich your experience. Through meditation we can learn to become aware of how the mind works and begin to manage our mind in a healthy way. Normally we look for happiness in things and external circumstances, but here we will discover that it is also possible to find a source of happiness within.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, our team in Gomde offers healthy and delicious food. Comfortable single or double rooms are also available.
MEDITATION
We will practice meditation under the guidance of Lama Thierry. We gently direct our attention to the movement of our breath and our body awareness so that the hectic pace of our mind can calm down.
YOGA
In several sessions of yoga-inspired physical exercises, led by experienced yoga and bodywork teacher Cecilia Pla, we then translate this experience into movement.
We learn how to work with our body to make it softer, stronger and more relaxed.
The lightness of the body will also help to make the mind calmer and more balanced.
HEALING ENVIRONMENT
Gomde offers you the ideal environment to arrive and relax. Whether during mindful walks through our meditation trail and the surrounding forest, the comfortable rooms or the pleasant company – you will feel at ease and take this feeling home with you.
